- Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out without authorization may result in an additional fee. - MUST BE 25+ to book and photo ID is REQUIRED to verify age! ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include: 🛎️ Early Check-In: Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $19/hr. 😴 Late Check-Out: Late check-out is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If it is available, it’s $19/hr. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! Rental Agreement Greetings Thank you for choosing us as your vacation home. We ask that you electronically sign this rental agreement, then return to us as soon as possible. The signature must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file . Your signature confirms that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this rental agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your signed rental agreement. Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement could result in your removal and/or loss of any payments you have already made. If you have any questions about this agreement, please contact us. We look forward to seeing you at the beach! - NO SMOKING (Smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $750 fee will be charged if this rule is broken.) - NO PARTIES or Loud Noise (Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed. A violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.) - Refunds are only issued within the parameters of our cancelation policy. Please obtain Travel Insurance at the time of booking. - Tropical Storm and Hurricane refunds are only issued if there is a local government issued mandatory evacuation. Please obtain travel insurance if this worries you. - Always close all doors and windows before leaving the house. If using the A/C, keep windows and doors closed to conserve energy. - Thank you for helping us keep the space welcoming for the next guests! If the home is left in excessively dirty condition, a $100 additional cleaning fee may apply. - No pets are allowed unless previously approved. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $250. - Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest. Please report any incident immediately so we can resolve it smoothly. - This is a peaceful community. Please treat it as your own home and be considerate of neighbors. - Parking is first come first serve (2 spaces) and will require passes be hung in vehicle during stay or risk being towed at your expense. NO trailers, campers. or buses. - DO NOT hang wet items over the deck railings. Please use the drying racks provided.
