Welcome to your home away from home in Panama City Beach! We offer two beautifully updated, family-friendly condos at Wendwood—choose our spacious 2-bedroom (F5) or our cozy 1-bedroom (F6) for your perfect getaway.
Start your day sipping coffee on your private balcony, then take a short 3-minute walk to the sugar-white sands with the provided beach gear. Or, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, located just steps from your door. Evenings are effortless with a comfy living room, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi for movie nights.
Sleeping Arrangement (2BR UNIT – F5) sleeps 7 including infants
Main Bedroom: King bed, USB charging lamps, and a walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed plus a twin bunk bed (150 lb limit), with a spacious closet and a Pack ’n Play.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Main Bedroom: Queen bed, USB charging lamps, a large closet, and a Pack ’n Play.
Hallway Bunks: Two single bunk beds (150 lb limit each) with individual reading lamps.
Kitchen and Living:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. We also provide an air fryer, blender, pots, pans, and all the dinnerware you'll need.
Comfortable Living Room: Relax on the sofa after a day at the beach and stream your favorites on the Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and cable.
Beach and More:
Beach Gear Provided: We include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, toys, and beach towels.
Conveniences: Each unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and games for family fun.
Booking Process: This property has special compliance requirements. After booking, you will receive a link to a secure guest portal (not affiliated with Airbnb) to complete a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold.
Security Hold: A $1,000 security hold will be placed on your card 2 days before arrival. This is a pending transaction, not a charge. As an alternative, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59 (for stays up to 10 nights).
Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an hourly fee of $19/hr. This service is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire if interested.
Accessibility: Please note that both condos are second-floor walk-up units. There is no elevator access on the property.
Local Wildlife: This is a coastal environment. While we have regular professional pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects in or around the condo.
