- Use all furniture, appliances, home goods as intended | no parties or large events | no pets allowed onsite | no smoking indoors or on porches | no illegal uses allowed | no drugs allowed | no fireworks allowed onsite Up to 10 people. - MUST be 21+ to book and verify age by presenting photo ID of the person who booked the reservation. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include: 🛎️ Early Check-In: Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $19/hr. 😴 Late Check-Out: Late check-out is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. We ask that you electronically sign this rental agreement, then return to us as soon as possible. The signature must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file . Your signature confirms that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this rental agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your signed rental agreement. Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement could result in your removal and/or loss of any payments you have already made. If you have any questions about this agreement, please contact us. We look forward to seeing you at the beach! Check-In time is after 4:00 PM Central Check-Out time is no later than 10:00 AM Central - $100/guest/day for any guests above the maximum capacity. We retain the right to review camera footage and charge you additional fees via AirBNB. - NON-REFUNDABLE means NON-REFUNDABLE (If you choose to save money and book non-refundable, then please do not expect a FULL refund if you booked something by accident) - Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on porches. Any Indication of smoking In the house or on the porches will result In a $500 fine. - Porch cameras and indoor smoke sensors are active through the property and will be used during your stay to ensure compliance with these house rules.
