Booking Requirements: This property has special local compliance requirements. After booking, you will receive a link to a secure guest portal to complete a signed rental agreement and ID verification. Security Deposit: A $1,000 security hold (a temporary authorization, not a charge) is required before check-in. As an alternative, you may purchase an optional, non-refundable damage waiver for $59 for stays up to 10 nights.

Pool Heating: The community pool is heated seasonally during the following periods: March 1, 2025
