Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $49.
Property Access: Please note this is a 3rd-floor walk-up condo. There is no elevator available on the property.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises.
Optional Services: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee ($19/hr), subject to availability. Please inquire for details.
Pet restriction: 1 dog 50 pounds or less only ($150 fee will be added to your reservation).
