Main Bedroom: King bed, Twin XL convertible chair, private balcony with a swing, and an en-suite bathroom. (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with cozy linens. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Full bed and a Twin XL bed. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a Twin XL trundle. (Sleeps 3)
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2)

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms are available, each featuring a walk-in shower. We provide towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner to get you started.

- A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to work or study remotely.
- The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee bar with a drip maker, an air fryer, and all the pots, pans, and dishware you need.
- Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six, with additional bar seating for four.

Parking: Fees are $37 plus tax per vehicle per stay, and $100 plus tax per trailer.

- Sip your morning coffee on the main balcony, which offers stunning Gulf and beach views from Adirondack chairs.
- Unwind on the master bedroom’s private balcony with its charming swing and lounge seating.
- We provide a beach cart, chairs, and an umbrella for your days on the sand.
- Traveling with little ones? The home is equipped with a highchair, baby tub, pack ’n play (linens not provided), diaper pail, and infant-safe kitchenware.

Booking Requirements: This property has special compliance requirements managed through a secure third-party guest portal. This includes a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold of $1,000. As an alternative to the hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59.

Safety: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. The resort is a gated community with security cameras in common areas.

Local Wildlife: Please be aware that our coastal location means you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects, despite regular professional pest control services.
