Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59.
Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door and back patio. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed.
Local Wildlife: Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area.
